What to include

If you're emailing, the message that gets the most-useful reply usually includes:

  • Site type — small business, nonprofit, single-family home, multi-family
  • Approximate size — square footage or unit count is fine; rough is fine
  • What's prompting this — lease renewal, system failure, donor request, IRA tax credits, customer pushback, curiosity
  • Timeline — when you'd ideally have the report in hand
  • Domains of interest — full five-domain bundle, or one or two specific domains (just energy, just water, etc.)

If you're calling, none of the above is required. We can sort it out on the phone.

Before you call

A few things worth knowing.

Pricing is published

Commercial: $150–$300 full / $90 single-domain. Residential: $125–$250 full / $75 single-domain. The published ranges are the actual ranges — no surprise quote at the end of the call.

Pilot pricing for early clients

The first two paid commercial pilots and first two paid residential pilots are offered at up to 50% off the published price, with a floor at $75. In exchange: a short written testimonial and permission to use the anonymized report as a sample. If you're interested in the pilot program, say so when you reach out.

Honest about what we aren't

Not a BPI/RESNET-certified energy audit. Not a structural inspection. Not a contractor scope-of-work. Not a guarantee of incentive approval. If what you actually need is one of those, a 15-minute call is the fastest way to find out — and we'll say so.
